At POP DTF, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. We understand that occasionally circumstances may arise where you need to return or exchange your Direct-to-Film (DTF) inks. Please review our return policy below:
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange:
- We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the DTF inks must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
2. Return Process:
- If you need to return or exchange your DTF inks, please contact our customer service team at sales@popdtf.com to initiate the return process.
- Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return or exchange.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) if applicable.
3. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the DTF inks unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.
- POP DTF is not liable for any damage or loss that occurs during the return shipping process.
4. Inspection and Refund/Exchange:
- Once we receive the returned DTF inks, our team will inspect the product to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
- If the returned product meets our return policy requirements, we will process the refund or exchange within 2-3 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Exchanges will be processed based on product availability. If the desired product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
5. Non-Returnable Items:
- DTF inks are non-returnable unless they are damaged upon receipt.
- Clearance or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
6. Damaged or Defective Products:
- If you receive a damaged or defective order of DTF ink, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
- Provide detailed information and, if possible, photographic evidence of the damage or defect to expedite the process.
7. Restocking Fee:
- A restocking fee may be applied for returns or exchanges that do not meet the eligibility criteria or are not due to our error.
- The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
8. Changes to the Return Policy:
- POP DTF reserves the right to modify or update this return policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
